Buy Box Experts, a Spreetail agency, is a leading Amazon and marketplace growth agency helping brands accelerate sales across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. Our team combines deep operational expertise, data-driven advertising, and creative excellence to help brands own their category and win the digital shelf.

We partner with brands ranging from emerging DTC innovators to global household names—delivering end-to-end channel management, from advertising and content to logistics and strategy.

We're looking for a Creative Strategist with 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing and creative strategy to develop compelling brand narratives, drive conversion-focused projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has strong writing and communication skills, can distill complex information into clear messaging, and understands design principles and industry trends.




How you will achieve  success: 
  • Develop strategic narratives, experience design, and technical storytelling to shape brand messaging.
  • Research, conceptualize, and execute creative ideas that align with client and industry visions.
  • Translate audience insights into actionable strategies, marketing initiatives, and engagement tactics.
  • Conduct industry and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with teams to create compelling narratives, immersive experiences, and data-driven strategies.

    Required:

  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing and creative strategy.
  • Strong project management, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to distill complex information and conduct qualitative analysis.
  • Experience with design principles, cross-functional collaboration, and third-party partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Preferred:

  • Experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
    Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
    - 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
    - at least 4GB RAM;
    - Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system 
    - You are required to provide your own dual monitors
    A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
    PC Headset
    A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
