Who We Are Looking For
Clever is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to develop and scale high-performance video ad concepts that drive down CAC and increase ROAS. This role will own the creative testing strategy for a portfolio of accounts and collaborate across production and media buying to launch campaigns that convert.
Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Develop original concepts and strategic creative briefs across multiple platforms and funnel stages.
Design and prioritize iterative tests (hook, offer, CTA, structure) informed by past performance.
Act as the creative lead for assigned accounts.
Partner with video editors to translate briefs into thumb-stopping ad executions.
Analyze creative performance post-launch and share learnings across teams.
Maintain a backlog of ideas and a creative calendar in coordination with Media Buyers.
Requirements
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
3–5 years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or paid social in an agency environment.
Proven record of launching winning creatives in Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
Experience with creative briefing, copywriting, and campaign testing.
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting creative metrics.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
