Job Description:

Ormco (part of Envista family) is seeking a dynamic and insightful Global Creative Strategist to spearhead the creative vision for all our global marketing initiatives. You will be the driving force behind ensuring our brand message resonates across diverse markets and channels, ultimately driving business growth. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of global nuances, a passion for impactful creative, and the ability to foster strong collaborative relationships. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Global Creative Visionary: Lead the development and execution of innovative creative strategies for all global marketing channels, including email marketing, paid social media, display advertising, customer retention programs, and the company website. 

  • Insight-Driven Strategy: Leverage a robust understanding of customer behavior, industry trends, competitive landscapes, and cultural insights to inform and inspire breakthrough creative concepts. 

  • Regional Collaboration Champion: Partner closely with regional marketing teams to understand their specific market needs, providing strategic guidance and ensuring creative work is culturally relevant and achieves local business objectives. 

  • Agency Partnership Leader: Collaborate effectively with internal and external creative partners, providing clear strategic direction, insightful feedback, and fostering a partnership that results in high-impact creative executions that drive measurable business outcomes. 

  • Brand Consistency Advocate: Ensure all global creative output aligns with the overarching brand identity, guidelines, and messaging, maintaining a consistent and impactful brand experience across all touchpoints. 

  • Performance-Oriented Approach: Define clear creative objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), working with analytics teams to measure the effectiveness of creative strategies and iterate based on performance data. 

  • Trend Spotter & Innovator: Stay ahead of global creative trends, emerging technologies, and innovative marketing approaches, proactively identifying opportunities to elevate the brand's creative impact. 

  • Presentation & Communication Excellence: Effectively communicate creative strategies, concepts, and performance results to internal stakeholders and external partners. 

This role can be based in either of the following locations:

Brea, CA, US /Prague, CZ /Madrid, ES /Zurich, CH /Amersfoort, NL.

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic location, professional background, and relevant experience.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in creative strategy or a related field, preferably in the orthodontic/dental categories in an agency or in-house setting 

  • Proven experience developing and implementing successful global creative strategies across various digital marketing channels. 

  • Deep understanding of global marketing nuances, cultural differences, and localization best practices. 

  • Demonstrated ability to translate data, research, and insights into compelling creative strategies. 

  • Experience managing and collaborating with external creative agencies. 

  •  Strong understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to measure the impact of creative work. 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
