This is a remote position.
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Closer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for closing deals with real estate brokers and agents by selling an AI-powered CRM platform designed to streamline lead management, automate follow-ups, and improve conversion rates.
You will be working with qualified leads and booked appointments from the outbound team, focusing on demo, consultation, and closing.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales experience, preferably in real estate, SaaS, or CRM solutions, who thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Conduct discovery calls and product demos with real estate brokers and agents
Present and sell AI-powered CRM solutions tailored to client needs
Handle objections and negotiate pricing and terms
Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
Follow up with warm and qualified leads
Maintain accurate pipeline and deal tracking in CRM
Collaborate with appointment setters and sales team
Provide feedback to improve sales strategy and messaging
Proven experience as a Sales Closer / Account Executive / High-Ticket Sales
Experience in Real Estate, SaaS, CRM, or AI sales is highly preferred
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Comfortable conducting Zoom demos and sales presentations
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience working with US clients preferred
Self-motivated and results-driven
Ability to work in EST timezone
Experience selling CRM systems
Real estate industry experience
SaaS or AI product sales experience
High-ticket or consultative sales experience
