Experience with data analysis and reporting for ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify) and Excel tracking.
Experience with retailer account management, including returns audits, pricing reconciliation, and promotions setup in retailer portals.
Strong customer service skills with experience using Gorgias (website chat and email support) and Amazon; familiarity with supplement industry regulatory guidelines.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills for supporting marketing, operations, and sales in a remote/home-based role.
