  • Experience with retailer account management, including returns audits, pricing reconciliation, and promotions setup in retailer portals.
  • Strong customer service skills with experience using Gorgias (website chat and email support) and Amazon; familiarity with supplement industry regulatory guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills for supporting marketing, operations, and sales in a remote/home-based role.
