Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking subscribers across various communication channels.
• Assist customers with queries related to subscription services, billing, and account management.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on products and service improvements.

Requirements
