Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to announce an excellent remote working opportunity for Italian-speaking individuals to join the Online Retail Department in Greece as Customer Service Representatives! If you are passionate about e-commerce and enjoy assisting customers to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience, this role is ideal for you. You will provide top-tier customer service to Italian-speaking clients from the comfort of your home, handling inquiries related to online retail products and orders. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, remotely.
  • Assist customers with questions about products, orders, and returns ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain a professional, positive, and helpful attitude in all interactions.
  • Document conversations and customer issues accurately to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate remotely with team members to resolve issues and enhance customer experiences.
  • Participate in virtual training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential. Please clearly state your nationality and native language in your CV and/or cover letter.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, managing time and responsibilities independently.
