  • Manage the technology stack for digital marketing, ensuring data privacy and security compliance.

Job description

Position: Legal Digital Marketing & Technology Specialist (U.S. Compliance)

Location: South Africa - Remote

Job Type: Full-Time (US Hours - 9am - 5pm EST)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns ensuring compliance with U.S. laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with legal teams to review marketing content, technologies, and platforms for compliance.
  • Monitor and audit digital marketing practices to ensure ongoing adherence to legal standards.
  • Stay updated on legal developments related to digital marketing and technology in the U.S.
  • Manage the technology stack for digital marketing, ensuring data privacy and security compliance.
  • Advise the marketing team on legal best practices and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in training staff on compliance requirements related to digital marketing technologies.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Experience working remotely and managing projects across cross-functional teams.
