Requirements:

  • Own end-to-end execution across growth, product, hiring, and ops to move portfolio companies forward; act as a hands-on doer who ships
  • Design and ship fast experiments and tooling: run paid ads, build onboarding screens or landing pages, and create simple AI-enabled tools
  • Lead sourcing and outreach for senior hires, draft messages, and maintain data quality across recruiting activities
  • Analyze sales interactions, identify objection patterns, and draft scalable rebuttals and playbooks

Founder’s Associate / Chief of Staff (aka “Chief Achiever”)

Work directly with a serial founder across a portfolio of fast-moving companies

Location:Remote-friendly (bonus if you overlap with LA / HK / Australia hours)

The Gig

I’m a serial founder currently running or building across a handful of companies; an AI language-learning app (Volley), an influencer verification platform, a YouTube growth agency, a global hiring platform, and a couple more. Previously built and exited an agency to $20M ARR.

I need someone smart, scrappy, and AI-native sitting next to me (virtually) every day, helping me move these businesses forward. Not a project manager. Not an assistant. A doer who can pick up almost anything I throw at them, figure it out, and ship it.

If you’re the kind of person who sees a problem, opens Cursor or Lovable, watches a YouTube tutorial, and has something working by end of day, we should talk.

What you’ll actually do (examples from a real week):

  • Monday: Launch and optimize Meta ad campaigns for Volley. Test 5 new creative angles, kill the losers, scale the winners.
  • Tuesday: Vibe-code a new onboarding screen in Cursor or spin up a landing page variant in Lovable for A/B testing.
  • Wednesday: Source and cold-outreach 20 senior sales hires on LinkedIn for a portfolio company. Draft the messages yourself.
  • Thursday: Audit data quality on Verify Influencers, spot-check 100 profiles, flag inaccuracies, write a loom for the team.
  • Friday: Review a sales call recording, pull out the 3 objection patterns, draft new rebuttal scripts.
  • Basically: if it makes a business move forward and I don’t have time to do it myself, it’s on your plate. You’ll operate across growth, product, hiring, and ops.

Who you are:

  • AI-native. You don’t just “use ChatGPT” you build with Cursor, Lovable, v0, Claude, whatever ships fastest. You have opinions on which tool for which job.
  • Can vibe-code. You’ve built landing pages, simple tools, or MVPs. You don’t need to be a full engineer, but you can read code, ship features, and debug with AI assistance.
  • Paid-ads literate. You’ve run Meta (or TikTok / Google) ads yourself, not just read Twitter threads about them. You understand angles, hooks, CTR, CAC.
  • Ridiculously fast learner. The specific tasks will change every week. Your job is to be the person who figures new things out quickly.
  • Bias to action. You’d rather ship something rough today than something perfect next week.
  • Great judgment. You can tell when to DIY, when to delegate, when to ask. High trust, low drama. I’ll be talking to you every day. We need to vibe.

Bonus points:

  • You’ve built something of your own (an app, a newsletter, a side business).
  • You’ve worked at an early-stage start-up or agency where you wore many hats.
  • You have a strong point of view on growth / product / design.

Not for you if:

  • You need a detailed job description to know what to do next.
  • You want to specialize deeply in one function.
  • You thrive on process and predictability.

Compensation

Competitive base + performance upside. I’d rather pay top-of-market for one A-player than hire two decent people.
