Field Systems: The Trimble Field Systems segment provides solutions to increase precision and productivity in construction tasks by empowering stakeholders to collect accurate information and manage conditions with cutting-edge technology.
Software is a major focus for Trimble, and our sales are accelerating rapidly. You will join a truly global, diverse team and serve as the expert in digital construction, ensuring our distribution partners are perfectly equipped to demonstrate, sell, and support our cutting-edge solutions. You will have a direct hand in the digital transformation of the civil construction industry.
Act as the primary technical expert for Trimble’s civil construction software suite, including Trimble Business Center, WorksManager, WorksOS, and Trimble Connect.
Support sales distribution channels by providing expert guidance to ensure partners are performing at the highest level.
Manage the "Data Whisperer" process: creating 3D designs for machine control and analyzing "As-Built" data from field crews, drones, and survey devices.
Provide hands-on support for job site demonstrations and evaluations to promote professional working practices.
Act as a Market Intel Agent by providing feedback on competitor products and evaluating marketplace potential across various customer segments.
Proven experience in the civil construction, surveying, or machine control industries.
Working knowledge of horizontal civil construction projects and 3D design workflows.
Technical proficiency with CAD software and 3D modeling.
Fluency in English and French is required for this region.
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive or complex situations with a professional approach.
A proactive, solution-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively.
Experience with drone data processing or remote site management software.
Previous experience training or supporting third-party distribution partners.
Location: South Europe or North Africa (Remote/Hybrid)
Travel Requirement: 50% to 75%
