Job Role: Executive Assistant (Part Time)
Compensation range: $750 AUD - $1,000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview: We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who can help bring order and efficiency to a busy inbox and calendar. The role is focused on handling email triage (including a large backlog), coordinating appointments, managing forms, and keeping track of sponsorships and administrative items. Most of the work will be through email and LinkedIn, and while this position supports a clinic, it’s not patient-facing. You’ll also help research and organize projects that involve multiple steps, ensuring tasks move forward smoothly while proactively keeping the executive updated and reminded of priorities throughout the day.
