Foreground is a UAE-based HR advisory and recruitment consultancy, supporting organizations across the GCC with talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational growth solutions. We partner closely with our clients to deliver tailored HR strategies, impactful training programs, and high-quality recruitment services that drive measurable business outcomes.

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to support the expansion of our client portfolio across the GCC. This is a fully remote, commission-based role suited to a self-motivated professional with a strong network, refined client engagement skills, and a genuine interest in the HR and consulting space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the GCC
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Position and promote Foreground’s core offerings, including HR advisory, learning & development, and recruitment solutions
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and pitching through to negotiation and closing
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
  • Represent Foreground at relevant networking events, industry forums, and client meetings (virtual and in-person, where required)
  • Stay informed on regional market trends, HR developments, and evolving client needs

  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (experience within HR or recruitment is advantageous)
  • Established network within the GCC business landscape is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
  • Professional presence with confidence in client-facing environments

  • Ability to operate independently in a remote working environment
