RISE for Business (RFB) is a flagship program by Boston Consulting Group designed to help Singapore’s Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) unlock growth and build future-ready capabilities—without disrupting day-to-day operations. Through hands-on learning, real business problem-solving, and coaching from industry experts, the program enables companies to accelerate digital, AI, and transformation initiatives.
Backed by the Singapore government and aligned with national digitalization goals, eligible companies can receive up to 90% funding support through SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). RFB operates with the pace and expectations of a startup environment, while leveraging the credibility and reach of BCG.
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound pipeline generation across Singapore’s SME market. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers through consistent outbound outreach.
You will leverage B2B contact data to connect with decision-makers, introduce the RISE for Business program, and convert interest into qualified meetings for the Sales team. Success in this role requires a strong “hunter” mindset, the ability to operate in a high-volume outreach environment, and a continuous focus on refining messaging to improve conversion rates.
You will work closely with Sales leadership and support multiple Sales Managers, playing a critical role in driving pipeline for a fast-growing program within BCG.
We are targeting candidates with a background in outbound sales within B2B environments, ideally with exposure to the Singapore SME market. Experience in SaaS, consulting services, training programs, or government-supported initiatives is beneficial but not required.
Candidates should demonstrate a proactive, persistent approach to outreach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. A “restless” mindset—continuously testing and refining messaging, outreach hooks, and engagement strategies—is key to success in this role.
Candidates based in Singapore are preferred due to the role’s focus on Singapore-based clients. Candidates outside Singapore may be considered if they have recent, direct experience supporting Singapore-based customers
