Job Title: Guidewire ClaimCenter Solution Architect

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale insurance claims solutions. This role demands deep technical expertise, strong architectural leadership, and the ability to align technology with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

  • Define end-to-end architecture for ClaimCenter, including integrations, data models, and workflows
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
  • Establish technical standards, frameworks, and best practices

Leadership & Governance

  • Provide architectural direction and mentor senior engineering teams
  • Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture principles
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals

Integration & Ecosystem

  • Architect integrations with Policy, Billing, CRM, and third-party systems
  • Oversee APIs, messaging, and batch processing frameworks
  • Ensure seamless interoperability across Guidewire and enterprise platforms

Strategic Initiatives

  • Translate insurance domain requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Contribute to roadmap planning, modernization, and cloud migration
  • Drive innovation using cloud-native, microservices, and DevOps practices

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of IT experience, with 8–10+ years in Guidewire ClaimCenter
  • Strong expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter architecture and configuration
  • Proficiency in Gosu, Guidewire APIs, and data model design
  • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, messaging systems)
  • Solid understanding of insurance claims domain
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and DevOps practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Guidewire certifications (ClaimCenter or Solution Architect)
  • Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP)
  • Exposure to PolicyCenter and BillingCenter integrations
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
  • Experience with performance tuning and security best practices
  • Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (for portal integrations)
  • Prior experience in large-scale transformation or modernization programs
