Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing marketing consulting business. This role focuses on social media outreach and talent sourcing, helping identify and engage potential creators for client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities ● Conduct high-volume outreach on social media platforms ● Identify and engage potential creator talent based on provided criteria ● Send messages and follow structured outreach scripts ● Manage and update lead tracking via Google Sheets ● Book qualified prospects into onboarding calls ● Follow onboarding processes and outreach strategies provided
Requirements
Strong written English communication skills
High level of diligence and consistency in daily tasks
Comfortable sending a high volume of messages daily
Organised and able to track activity accurately
Adaptable and responsive to feedback
Someone reliable
Communicative, and easy to work with
Who can follow processes while maintaining a personable tone in outreach
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
Previous experience in outreach, lead generation, or VA roles
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Working Style
Fully remote
Reporting directly to the business owner
Messaging-based role (no phone interaction required)
