One of our top clients is currently looking for an AI Project Manager (PM Track) to support and gradually take ownership of AI-related projects across both internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will support and gradually take ownership of projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseas partners, and contributing to the development and execution of AI-based solutions.

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Understand project objectives and define actionable plans to achieve them
  
• Manage schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary
  
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting delivery
  

Communication

• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on project status
  
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders and ensure project commitments are met
  
• Maintain close communication with team members to track progress, challenges, and team dynamics
  
• Collaborate with offshore and international development teams
  
• Internal team meetings are conducted in English
  

Leadership

• Identify team challenges and continuously improve processes
  
• Work with stakeholders to create a productive and collaborative environment
  
• Drive team performance and ensure high-quality deliverables
  
• Depending on experience, you may lead projects independently
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on project management experience
  
• Business-level English (able to handle meetings in English)
  
• Native-level Japanese or equivalent (JLPT N1 or above)
