1623 Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with IT project leadership experience to provide in‑house development support and technical oversight for our Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for designing, building, and optimizing Salesforce solutions while also leading and coordinating IT initiatives that support business operations and reporting needs.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development expertise with the ability to lead and coordinate IT projects, work cross‑functionally, and deliver data‑driven insights through Power BI.

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer (Lightning Experience, custom apps, enterprise orgs).
  
• Proven experience leading or coordinating IT projects .
  
• Mandatory experience with Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
  
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data architecture.
  
• Solid knowledge of best practices related to data governance, security, and performance.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
