"Job Title: Laserfiche Process Automation Specialist / Developer

Position Overview
The Laserfiche Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining
automated workflows, eForms, and business processes within the Laserfiche platform.
This role involves close collaboration with business units to analyze requirements,
streamline operations, and ensure that Laserfiche solutions are secure, efficient, and
aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical
knowledge of Laserfiche tools and a keen eye for optimizing document management
and automation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Laserfiche Workflow and Process Development
• Design, build, and maintain Laserfiche Workflows, Business Processes,
and eForms to automate and improve organizational efficiency.
• Configure process logic, routing rules, and task automation within the
Laserfiche Workflow Designer.
• Integrate Laserfiche solutions with external systems and databases
using database lookups, web services, and custom scripts.
• Test, debug, and deploy workflows while ensuring compliance with business
and security requirements.
Laserfiche System Configuration and Administration
• Configure and maintain template fields, metadata, and folder structures to
support efficient document management.
• Set and manage folder-level security, access permissions, and record
retention policies to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance.
• Perform database lookups, configure field rules, and design form logic to
streamline data validation and pre-population.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving workflow or process automation issues.
Collaboration and Documentation
• Work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and
translate them into functional Laserfiche solutions.
• Document workflow processes, data mappings, and configuration changes for
internal knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Train end users and provide technical support for workflows, forms, and
repository usage.
Continuous Improvement
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process
optimization.
• Stay current with Laserfiche updates, features, and best practices.
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new Laserfiche modules or
third-party integrations.

Requisitos

Qualifications
Required:
• 2+ years of experience developing eforms and workflow solutions (Ex; Google
Forms, Adobe Forms, Docusign Workflow and other drag and
drop Forms/Business Process modules.
• Experience with SQL database lookups, metadata configuration, and data
validation rules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred:
• 2+ years of experience developing workflows and forms in Laserfiche
Workflow, Forms, and Business Process modules.
• Proficiency in Laserfiche Administration Console, Template and Field
Management, and Security Configuration.
• Laserfiche Certified Professional (LCP) or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with Laserfiche SDK, C#, or JavaScript for advanced automation or
integration.
• Familiarity with IIS and Microsoft Entra ID integration
• Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., government, education,
healthcare, or finance).
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
