Job Summary

We are hiring a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

This is a remote performance marketing role ideal for candidates with strong experience in paid social, campaign optimization, and ROI-driven advertising. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling campaigns that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation
  • Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and landing page strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and conversions
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Manage ad budgets and scaling strategies
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for campaign alignment
  • Stay updated on Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads campaigns
  • Proven track record of delivering strong ROAS and lead generation results
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, pixel tracking, and conversion APIs
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, or CRM platforms
  • Experience in eCommerce, lead generation, or digital agencies is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely with global teams
