At Huzzle, we connect exceptional B2B sales professionals with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Conduct high-quality virtual sales presentations and product demos
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and decision-makers
  • Accurately track pipeline activity using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue and quota targets
  • Collaborate with SDRs to optimize lead handoff and conversion rates
  • Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, tech, or digital services preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales processes
  • Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience working with UK or US markets is highly preferred
  • High level of accountability, self-motivation, and professionalism
