​​Looking for Philippines-based candidates


Job Role: Executive Assistant

Compensation range: $2,000 AUD / Monthly 

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with EST hours (4 hours overlap, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.


Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.


Who The Client Is: The client is a mission-driven digital platform focused on empowering and supporting women through coaching, community, and communication-based content. They operate in a fast-moving, collaborative setup where ideas are executed quickly and team members are expected to be proactive and hands-on.


Role Overview: This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities. The role goes beyond traditional admin support — it requires someone senior, highly proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership in an evolving environment where priorities shift quickly.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide high-level executive and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day execution
  • Manage schedules, inboxes, meetings, and coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Anticipate needs and take initiative to move tasks and priorities forward without constant direction
  • Support content, communications, and project coordination across the team
  • Track deliverables, follow through on deadlines, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and act as a reliable right hand to leadership


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or similar roles 
  • Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Notion or similar project management tools and Slack
  • Looking for someone quickly adaptable and able to think creatively when solving problems
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working in a fluid, startup-style setup with shifting priorities
  • Self-starter with strong judgment and initiative, able to operate with minimal supervision

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
