  • Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience
  • Lead the Oracle Cloud Time and Absence module
  • End-to-end Cloud implementation experience with at least two full project lifecycles
  • Public sector experience preferred

Requirements:

  • Lead and deliver the Oracle Cloud Time and Absence module within end-to-end Cloud HCM implementations.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery for Time and Absence including design, configuration, testing, and go-live across multiple project lifecycles.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients as part of the Cloud team to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
  • Ensure solutions meet public sector considerations and contribute to a robust Cloud implementation.

Job description

Requirements

Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation. Oracle Cloud Time and Absence Lead to assist on a robust Cloud implementation. Must be capable of leading the Cloud Time and Absence module.

True end-to-end Cloud implementation experience with at least 2 full project lifecycles, and strong ability to interface with key internal stakeholders along with clients as a member of existing Cloud team.

Public Sector experience is preferred.
