Why we need you?
We are seeking an Intermediate Microsoft Full-Stack Developer with a strong front-end specialization to join a cross-functional Scrum team responsible for delivering modern web-based applications. This role focuses primarily on building scalable and responsive front-end experiences using React (Next.js) and modern CSS frameworks, while also contributing to backend services using ASP.NET Core and C#.
You will help design, implement, test, and maintain application features while collaborating with engineers, stakeholders, and partners to continuously improve development processes and product outcomes. The ideal candidate is comfortable contributing across multiple layers of the stack and is motivated to explore emerging technologies—including AI-assisted development tools—to improve team productivity and solution quality.
How do you know you are a fit?
- You have 3–5 years of professional experience developing full-stack web applications.
- You bring strong front-end expertise using React (Next.js), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind.
- You are comfortable building APIs and business logic using ASP.NET Core and C#.
- You enjoy working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- You are proactive about improving engineering practices and mentoring less experienced developers.
- You are interested in experimenting with emerging tools such as AI-assisted coding solutions.
What will you be doing?
- Contribute to sprint goals as an active member of a cross-functional Scrum team delivering product increments.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end components using React (Next.js) and modern CSS frameworks.
- Build and integrate secure and efficient APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core and C#.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ensure adherence to security, accessibility, and engineering best practices.
- Support continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and workflows.
- Collaborate with vendors and technical partners supporting augmentation or delivery initiatives.
- Contribute ideas that improve scalability, maintainability, and user experience across applications.
- Provide guidance and mentoring support to less experienced developers when needed.
Desired Experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong experience with React (Next.js), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind (or similar frameworks).
- Experience building RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core and C#.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server or MySQL.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
- Strong familiarity with version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Tabnine (nice to have).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure (nice to have).
- Exposure to authentication frameworks such as Auth0 or OAuth (nice to have).
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines (nice to have).
- Knowledge of data warehousing or analytics tooling such as Snowflake or Power BI (nice to have).
- Understanding of OLAP/OLTP systems and service-oriented architectures (nice to have).
