You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

  • Implement and monitor promotional activities.
  • Point of buying materials placement and implementation.
  • Report on activities.

What you need to know about this position:

  • Maximizarás el desempeño del equipo de ventas y crear una cultura de enfoque a los resultados, crecimiento y rentabilidad definiendo y controlando las metas y tareas diarias de cada miembro del equipo

  • Supervisarás, Controlarás y Cumplirás la estrategia comercial para lograr los objetivos propuestos.

  • Analizarás los principales indicadores y reportes de ventas del canal moderno (supermercados Walmart, Cencosud, SMU, Totus) de manera periódica.

  • Liderarás fuertemente el equipo de ventas, siendo responsable de la formación, desarrollo y motivación constante de equipos hasta alcanzar los distintos objetivos propuestos por Gerencia Comercial.

  • Revisarás constantemente el avance del equipo comercial, apoyando la gestión de cada una de las negociaciones y el cumplimiento de los KPI del área comercial.

  • Analizarás las tendencias del mercado, para identificar nuevos mercados para el desarrollo de productos o aumentar el volumen de ventas.

  • Elaborarás Informes de cumplimientos de KPIs Área Comercial, según metas establecidas.

  • Tendrás constante comunicación con el equipo de KAMs para trabajar en la estrategia comercial.

Job specific requirements:

  • Perfil Ingeniero Comercial y/o carrera afín.

  • Experiencia de mínimo dos años en cargos similares en empresas de consumo masivo, retail o con fuerzas de venta en terreno y procesos de venta cortos y frecuentes.

  • Vehiculo propio y licencia de conducción vigente.

  • Exelente comunicación interpersonal y de negocios, alto nivel de compromiso, y capacidad analítica

  • Conocimientos sólidos de procesos de ventas y negociación.

  • Orientación comercial trabajando con equipo comercial/ventas, apoyando en la gestión comercial y velando por el cumplimiento de KPIs.

  • Manejo de office a nivel intermedio.
