You fully contribute to the delivery of the route-to-market team's KPIs and annual objectives and drive the national account strategy at a local level in outlets such as cash and carry, multi-site and other selected food service customers.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Build, develop and sell specific channel propositions for the existing product range and identify opportunities for future growth.
- Build focused joint business plans with customers and drive implementation to deliver targets.
- Support strategy delivery based on market, category, route-to-market and consumer insight.
- Actively represent the channel with internal stakeholders and collaborate cross functionally.
- Support channel team with appropriate volume/revenue forecasts in line with Mondelēz International policies and processes.

What you need to know about this position:
Lead Route to Market strategy and digital transformation initiatives to improve distribution, execution, and sales productivity. The role focuses on optimizing channel strategy, customer coverage, and salesforce effectiveness while driving digital projects to enable stronger business decisions.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Develop and execute Route to Market (RTM) strategy across all channels.
- Define customer segmentation, coverage plans, and salesforce deployment models.
- Optimize visit frequency, territory design, and resource allocation.
- Track and improve key sales KPIs including distribution, productivity, strike rate, and execution compliance.
- Identify growth opportunities and operational gaps to improve market coverage and sales performance.
- Lead digital transformation projects including AI image recognition, sales force automation, and execution tracking tools.
- Build strong data foundations by improving data accuracy, reporting structure, and business visibility.
- Develop dashboards and insights to support faster and better decision-making.
- Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful project implementation and adoption.
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business/ marketing or any relevant field.
Job specific requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Route to Market, Sales Operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of sales operations, customer segmentation, and distribution models.
- Experience in managing digital projects and business transformation initiatives.
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar dashboard tools preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
