Talent Management activities including recruiting, onboarding, and Training. Total Rewards activities including Benefits Management, Work-Live Balance programs, Compensation administration, and Reward Program implementation. Successful candidates for the Human Resources Business Partner position are organized, technically savvy, with the ability to multi-task while paying special attention to detail. Additionally, RHA seeks candidates who display communication skills that foster teamwork.
