The Role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the operational side of the business. This is a varied role combining project coordination, administrative support, and light bookkeeping, working closely with leadership to ensure everything runs smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-driven environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Operations Support
● Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
● Ensure reports, invoices, and submissions are completed on time
● Assist with internal coordination across multiple projects

Administrative Support
● Manage emails, scheduling, and general correspondence
● Communicate with clients, suppliers, and partners professionally
● Handle day-to-day operational tasks and follow-ups

Light Bookkeeping
● Support with routine bookkeeping tasks (data entry, tracking expenses, etc.)
● Assist with organising financial data across projects
● Maintain accurate records in line with internal processes

Ideal Candidate
  • Extremely detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

  • Technical Requirements
  • Experience with (or ability to quickly learn):
  • ERP or accounting systems (e.g. ERPNext or similar)
  • Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • General project management tools
  • Basic bookkeeping or financial tracking systems

  • High attention to detail is essential — work must be accurate and complete
  • Strong communication skills are critical for both written and verbal tasks
  • You should be comfortable asking questions and clarifying requirements
