Title: Product Manager

About the Opportunity

A fast-moving, technology-forward financial services organization is seeking an experienced Product Manager for a contract engagement. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and execution, owning a roadmap area end-to-end while working closely with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in environments that reward initiative, structure, and clarity - not process for process's sake.

What You'll Do

Own a defined roadmap area from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and post-release measurement
Partner closely with engineering to balance feature delivery against technical debt
Define success metrics, analyze outcomes, and drive iterative improvement
Facilitate alignment across business, design, and engineering teams
Bring structure and prioritization frameworks to a fast-paced, evolving environment
Support internal tooling, operational workflows, and compliance-adjacent product surfaces

What We're Looking For

5-8 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or fintech
Demonstrated ability to execute in ambiguous, unstructured environments
Strong fluency in data-driven product development and hypothesis-driven thinking
Experience with A/B testing, user research, and iterative release cycles
Excellent cross-functional communication - equally comfortable with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
Solid understanding of internal tooling, workflows, and operational systems
Experience with compliance or lending products is a plus
