Graphic Designer

Location: NYC-based or Remote

Type:  This role is a 3-month contract position, with potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance and business needs  

Compensation: $40-$50/hour

You know how to make things look right and feel even better. Design is how the brand shows up when no one is explaining it. You’ll help build a visual world people want to be part of.

What you’ll do

• Make decks that pop. The kind people screenshot, not skim for pitches, launches, and internal storytelling
• Design across social, digital, experiential, product, and brand moments
• Partner with writers, strategists, and producers to bring ideas to life
• Create work that feels modern, cultural, and intentional
• Develop assets that move across digital and print formats seamlessly
• Help build and evolve our visual identity

What you’re good at

• Strong visual taste. You know what’s good and what’s not
• Designing on brand. You understand identity systems and how to push them
• Layout, typography, color, and composition that feels considered
• Designing for digital-first and social-first environments
• Translating ideas into visuals that land
• Working fast without lowering the bar

• You have a portfolio that shows range but also a clear point of view

• You have motion or animation experience
• You think beyond screen into experiences and IRL
• You’ve built brands with real community and cultural relevance
• You’ve dabbled with AI tools

What you’ll use

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Experience with After Effects and Premiere a plus
• Figma – Working knowledge to iterate within design files and create new assets leveraging established libraries and components
• Microsoft Office 365 – PowerPoint, Word, Excel
