Responsibilities

  • Provide daily Oracle DBA support for BRM/ECE within the Oracle Communications/RODOD stack; troubleshoot production incidents and perform performance tuning.
  • Lead backup and recovery activities using Data Guard; ensure high availability and coordinate on-call escalation and maintenance windows.
  • Monitor database and environment health using standard monitoring tools; implement ITIL-based support processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams (LAD/EMEA).
  • Support remote operations from LATAM with rotating shifts, including weekends, and communicate effectively in Spanish and English with multicultural teams.

DBA de Oracle de nivel medio 

Buscamos un DBA de Oracle de nivel medio con experiencia en soporte de entornos BRM / ECE dentro de la pila Oracle Communications / RODOD.

Requisitos:

  • Se requiere una sólida experiencia práctica en Oracle RAC, Data Guard y SQL/PLSQL. Experiencia como soporte diario de DBA, resolución de problemas en producción, ajuste de rendimiento, copia de seguridad y recuperación, alta disponibilidad y soporte de guardia.
  • Experiencia de 6 a 8 años en soporte de bases de datos, junto con un conocimiento funcional de los procesos BRM/ECE para evaluar el flujo de aplicaciones y el impacto empresarial durante la resolución de problemas. 
  • Experiencia con entornos cloud, híbridos y locales, así como con Linux/Unix, scripting shell, Python, herramientas de monitorización y procesos de soporte basados en ITIL, es muy apreciada. 
  • Este es un puesto remoto basado en LATAM que apoya operaciones LAD/EMEA, con disponibilidad para turnos rotativos, soporte de fin de semana y ventanas de mantenimiento. Se requieren español e inglés.
  • Bilingüe Español - Inglés,  es indispensable nivel de Inglés conversacional avanzado (C1- C2)  es un puesto que debe manejar conversaciones de soporte con equipos multiculturales.
  • Disponibilidad de horario para dar soporte a operaciones en horarios de LATAM,  eventualmente y EMEA ( Europa, Oriente Medio y África).
  • Modalidad remota basado en LATAM que apoya operaciones LAD/EMEA, con disponibilidad para turnos rotativos, soporte de fin de semana y ventanas de mantenimiento.
