Revit BIM Designer

Oxford Solutions is working with a client to identify an experienced Revit BIM Designer for a fully remote contract opportunity supporting large-scale data center and infrastructure projects. This role requires a highly advanced Revit user with a proven track record of working remotely and delivering complex, multi-discipline models.

This position will focus on developing and managing detailed BIM models across multiple systems, including piping, electrical, structural, and civil components, with an emphasis on water treatment infrastructure within data center environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage complex Revit models across multiple disciplines (piping, electrical, structural, and civil)
• Serve as a lead modeler, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and quality across all design elements
• Build and maintain intelligent models with parameter-driven components and schedule integration
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design, engineering, and construction requirements
• Support data center-related projects, including water treatment systems and associated infrastructure
• Maintain consistency in modeling standards, naming conventions, and documentation
• Work independently in a fully remote environment while meeting project deadlines

Qualifications:

• Expert-level proficiency in Revit (advanced user with deep modeling experience required)
• Proven experience working 100% remotely in a professional design or engineering capacity
• Strong background in multi-discipline BIM modeling (MEP, structural, and civil)
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or data center projects preferred
• Understanding of model-based scheduling, parameters, and data integration within Revit
• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex design environments independently
