ABOUT THE ROLE
Initio Raise delivers full-stack, outsourced investor relations to early-stage founders — guaranteed investor meetings, AI-powered outreach, VC fund applications, and institutional-grade materials, with zero equity taken from clients.
As a Venture Scout Partner, you are the primary client acquisition and relationship layer of this platform. This is a non-exclusive, performance-based independent contractor role with uncapped earning potential and no base salary.
THE 60-DAY ENGAGEMENT
Each client enrollment is a single 60-day engagement consisting of 8 weekly sessions. Deliverables are completed and paid across both months as they occur.

Scout Partners earn exclusively on a performance basis. There is no base salary or hourly rate. All compensation is tied to client enrollment, verified deliverables, and investment outcomes.
