Initio Studios, powered by Initio Capital, works with founders to raise capital, accelerate growth, and build scalable infrastructure.


Through Initio Raise, Initio Growth, and Venture Kit, they support funded startups and scaling businesses.

Average contract value: ~$25,000.



THE OPPORTUNITY


Digitanity is building out the sales team for Initio Studios and is looking for high-performing individuals who are serious about income and ownership.


You will have access to qualified leads, coaching, and a proven system from day one.

Execution is expected.



TWO TRACKS — PICK YOUR LANE


SETTER (Pipeline Builder)



  • Work assigned and outbound leads
  • Book 30+ qualified demos per bi-weekly sprint
  • Ensure prospects complete the Initio Assessment
  • Maintain CRM activity within 24 hours


CLOSER (Revenue Owner)



  • Work pre-qualified leads delivered to your pipeline
  • Run 30+ live, recorded demos per sprint
  • Own discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities


COMPENSATION


  • $50+ per qualified demo (Setter floor)
  • Up to 15% commission per closed deal
  • Payments made within 30 days



OTE:

$108,000+ (Setter)

$180,000+ (Closer)

Top performers exceed this.



PERFORMANCE MODEL


This is a performance-based contractor role.


Compensation is aligned with results.

Hit KPIs for 3 consecutive months and transition into a salaried position.

  • You have experience in B2B or high-ticket sales
  • You are comfortable selling to founders and operators
