We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to provide operational and administrative support that enables the sales team to perform efficiently and maintain a well-structured sales pipeline. The role focuses on managing CRM systems, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities, data, and reporting to support informed decision-making. This role is critical for strengthening sales operations, improving pipeline visibility, and supporting the successful execution of sales strategies and team initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the sales pipeline by ensuring accurate updates and tracking of opportunities within the CRM system.
Provide backend administrative support to the sales team, including documentation, data management, and coordination of sales-related activities.
Administer and maintain CRM systems, including data entry, record updates, workflow management, and system organization.
Utilize HubSpot to manage contacts, deals, and sales activities while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Generate sales reports, dashboards, and performance insights to support sales strategy and decision-making.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment on pipeline status, lead progress, and opportunity management.
Support sales operations initiatives by assisting in process improvements, documentation, and system optimization.
Assist the Sales Director in executing strategic sales initiatives, monitoring key performance metrics, and supporting planning activities.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements.
Support team engagement initiatives that strengthen collaboration, accountability, and overall sales team culture.
Requirements
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field is preferred.
3+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, CRM administration, or a related role.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, including pipeline management and data maintenance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
Experience preparing sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools and data-driven technologies that support sales operations and productivity.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail in managing records, reports, and sales documentation.
Strong communication and coordination skills when working with cross-functional teams and sales leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in data and reporting tasks.
