Seeking Experienced .NET Developer Sr for Exciting Projects Remote in Mexico.

We are looking for a Senior C# / .NET Developer to join us on a long-term project. This role is focused on leading high-complexity development and architectural efforts across enterprise-level systems, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of high-complexity enterprise applications.
• Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web APIs.
• Participate in and lead code reviews, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Drive performance, security, and maintainability standards across the development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust solutions.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in C# and .NET development.
• Strong experience with cloud services, microservices architecture, and system design.
• Proven experience leading technical efforts and design decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Fluent in English (Advanced) B2  - C2
• Strong communication skills, empathy, commitment, and leadership abilities. 

Location & Schedule:

• Location: Remote (Mexico)
  Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
