Job description

Focuses on providing technical support and expertise to the sales team and customers during the sales process. Expertise provided to parties may include answering questions about a single product or a product line, providing in-depth demonstration of the products, assisting customer with maximizing the benefits from the products they bought, and diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex systems.

Hired candidate will be the key responsible person for Tata Hosur site, and his role will be to setting up the machine at customers site and bring up the machine according to customer timeline, attend customer meeting and provide FA for the issues,

Manage Distributor OSS team,

Ensure the skill level of Distributors OSS engineer and conduct frequent refreshment training to OSS engineers and Tata engineers, Work with customer for maintaining critical and consumables spare parts in their site.

Also, should visit other CMs site in case of any support needed.
