Title: Lead Product Manager – Productivity & AI Platforms
Location : 100% remote

Pay Rate : DOE

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive a strategic enterprise initiative evaluating and shaping the future of productivity platforms enhanced by AI. This role will lead a comprehensive assessment of modern workplace tools—including Microsoft and Google ecosystems—and their embedded AI capabilities to inform long-term technology strategy, adoption, and roadmap.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate current-state productivity, identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency, and deliver actionable recommendations to executive leadership.


Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise productivity and AI-enabled workplace solutions
  • Evaluate and compare productivity platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) and their AI capabilities
  • Translate business needs and user insights into scalable product strategies and recommendations
  • Develop executive-level business cases, including ROI, productivity gains, and adoption strategies

User Research & Insights

  • Conduct research and analysis across business units to understand workflows, pain points, and productivity gaps
  • Leverage data, user feedback, and experimentation to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements
  • Partner with stakeholders to validate findings and refine product direction

Product Portfolio & Roadmap Management

  • Own and manage the roadmap for multiple initiatives related to productivity tooling and AI adoption
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility
  • Drive alignment across business, technology, UX, and data teams

Product Planning & Execution

  • Lead requirements definition, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Maintain and prioritize product backlogs aligned to strategic goals
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers throughout the development lifecycle

Launch & Adoption

  • Lead product launches, including go-to-market strategy, rollout planning, and stakeholder communication
  • Develop training materials and enablement strategies to drive adoption
  • Track success metrics and user engagement to inform continuous improvement

Operational Excellence

  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for productivity and AI adoption
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive enhancements
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous optimization

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Partner with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, UX, and business teams
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members
  • Promote best practices in product management and agile delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, program management, or related roles
  • 5+ years of experience leading product strategy and delivery
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise productivity platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
  • Familiarity with AI capabilities within productivity tools (e.g., copilots, generative AI, automation)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into action
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
  • Background in financial services or highly regulated industries
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML trends and enterprise adoption strategies
  • Experience building business cases and financial models
