Job description

We are urgently looking for a highly experienced CAD Technical Manager to lead and oversee technical design deliverables for interior fit-out and joinery projects. This role requires a licensed Architect with a strong background in detailed design, production, and project management, who can work under pressure and consistently deliver on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, review, and coordinate CAD drawings for interior fit-out and joinery works.
Lead the technical team, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
Work closely with project managers, designers, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
Monitor progress and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications:

Licensed Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Strong expertise in interior fit-out works and joinery projects (experience in other fields will not be considered).
Advanced proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing standards.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Must be able to join immediately.
