This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage to ensure successful and timely hires
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates to build strong and consistent talent pipelines
  • Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to ensure the best fit for both client and role
  • Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to support client decision-making
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience to strengthen employer branding
  • Meet hiring targets and deadlines to support business growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment
  • Fluency in English is a MUST (spoken and written)
  • Experience using ATS or recruitment tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple roles
  • Organized and detail-oriented
