Description:

CTG is seeking to fill a Maximo Application Support & Integration Specialist position for our client.

 

Location: Remote
Duration: 5 months

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support IBM Maximo Application Suite modules: Asset Management, Work Order Management, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory.

  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues; perform log analysis and incident management.

  • Build and maintain integrations via Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST/SOAP APIs, and IBM WebSphere.

  • Perform SQL/database analysis for troubleshooting and reporting.

  • Create and maintain BIRT reports; document solutions and communicate effectively with users.

  • Follow ITIL best practices in support and problem resolution.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong Maximo module expertise (Asset, Work Order, PM, Inventory).

  • SQL and database troubleshooting experience.

  • Experience with MIF, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware integrations.

  • Proven support and troubleshooting skills; incident management experience.

  • Reporting and communication skills (BIRT preferred).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55.00 to $59.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
