We’re hiring an Integrations Specialist to support our Senior Digital Growth Managers by executing repeatable, process-driven tasks across our internal systems and delivery workflows. 

• Working from home
• Can work to any KMC sites
• HMO and insurance

• Wordpress experience - updating plugins, themes, custimizations (admin rather than developer) - 10% work Monitoring websites , font style - spacing - UI feel
• Tech-Comfortable: Experience with digital tools such as spreadsheets, Google Workspace and the ability to effectively context-switch between platforms across the varied tech stacks of our clients
• Basic Business Acumen: Have a general understanding on how marketing and sales operate within businesses
• Process-Driven: You prefer structure and are comfortable working with repeatable tasks and workflows.

• Strong Communicator: Fluent in English (written and spoken), with a proactive approach to communication.
• Detail-Oriented: You double-check your work and ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
• Problem Solver: You enjoy figuring things out and improving how things are done
   

• Workflow mapping and implementation: Basic understanding and experience with building automated workflows in platforms such as CRMs like Hubspot, or no-code platforms like Zapier or IFTTT conversion tracking/reporting
