What will you do as an VP, Enterprise Cybersecurity Engineering, Cybersecurity Platform Engineer?

  • Enhance Enterprise Security Architecture: Continuously assess and improve the organization’s cybersecurity architecture to address evolving threats and emerging technologies.
  • Align Security with Business Objectives: Balance cybersecurity, information, and technology requirements with business needs, in alignment with the organization’s risk appetite and strategic priorities.
  • Engineer Enterprise-Grade Security Solutions: Evaluate, design, build, and implement robust cybersecurity platforms through proof-of-concept and proof-of-value initiatives.
  • Develop Integrated Security Operating Models: Create scalable, sustainable, and efficient operating models, supported by comprehensive documentation, design diagrams, and process flows.
  • Serve as a Trusted Domain Expert: Act as a subject matter expert in Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Resilience, partnering closely with stakeholders across Technology and business groups to drive secure engineering practices..

 

What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role? 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services or asset management industries, with minimum 2 years related work experience with AI, computer vision, natural language processing or machine-learning in a cybersecurity context.
  • Proven experience implementing and managing AI security controls, with strong understanding of AI Security Guardrails, AI Red Teaming, and AI Model Scanning methodologies.
  • Practical experience in Agentic and Model Context Protocol (MCP) security and development.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks platform components, including Databricks Machine Learning, Model Serving, and Unity Catalog.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Databricks AI Security Framework (DASF 2.0) and its application to secure data pipelines, model training environments, and AI system components.
  • Proficiency with major cloud AI services such as AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, and Azure ML Studio.
  • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, and Claude, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and secure deployment.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and secure API integration practices.
  • Ability to design and implement secure AI workflows leveraging Databricks’ collaborative and scalable architecture.
  • Ability to produce clear, detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and operational workflows.
  • Meticulous, analytical, and adaptable, with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent professional qualifications.
