Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Colombia Time)

Type: Contracted | Full-Time

Level: Mid Level

Prior legal experience working with U.S. law firms and/or domestic legal settings required. Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bilingual Assistant Case Manager to support the management of U.S. personal injury cases from Colombia. You will handle document drafting, legal research, client communication in English and Spanish, and case coordination to ensure legal compliance and effective client support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform legal research and case-specific analysis to support case strategy.
  • Maintain clear, empathetic communication with clients and stakeholders in English and Spanish.
  • Coordinate case activities including scheduling, filings, and compliance checks.
  • Identify potential case issues and collaborate with legal teams on solutions.
