Job description

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Philippine Time)

Type: Contracted | Full-Time

Level: Mid Level

Prior legal experience working with U.S. law firms and/or within domestic legal settings required.

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Case Manager to support the management of U.S. personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase. You will handle document drafting, legal research, client communication, and case coordination, working closely with U.S. law firms to keep cases moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and manage legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Perform legal research and case-specific analysis to support case strategy.
Maintain clear, empathetic communication with clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate case activities including scheduling, filings, and compliance checks.
Identify potential case issues and collaborate with legal teams on solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
Experience in legal environments, particularly within U.S. law firms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, legal databases, and case management software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
