Pre-Litigation Case Manager - Personal Injury

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (Philippine Time)

Level: Mid Level

Compensation: 250 PHP per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek.

Strong experience in pre-litigation case management or demand writing with a focus on personal injury law required.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to manage personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase. Your primary focus will be drafting demand letters, negotiating settlements with insurance companies, and managing cases from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft comprehensive demand letters outlining liability, damages, and settlement terms.
• Manage the organization of pre-litigation cases, including reviewing medical records and accident reports.
• Negotiate with insurance companies and other parties to achieve favorable settlements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the case.
• Conduct legal research to ensure accurate and legally sound documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification preferred.
• Strong experience in pre-litigation case management or demand writing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in AI tools.
• Must be based in the Philippines and able to work the night shift schedule.
