Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic computer skills (MS Office/Google Workspace); interest in recruitment/HR processes.

Requirements:

Support recruitment logistics by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
Enter and maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system and HRIS.
Assist with sourcing candidates and screening resumes under supervision.
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and help streamline processes.
