Roles & Responsibilities

Experience servicing and maintaining Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Power Distribution Units (PDUs), and battery systems.
Ability to troubleshoot critical power systems to identify root causes and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
Willingness to respond to emergency service calls 24/7 and travel to customer sites as needed.
Valid driver's license with current auto insurance and applicable licenses; strong customer service and communication skills.

Respond to emergency calls 24/7 when necessary.

Position Summary: Provide quality customer service maintaining and servicing customer critical power equipment, such as Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS’), Power Distribution Units (PDUs), Bypass Cabinets and Battery systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Independently schedule and conduct preventative maintenance services.
Respond to emergency calls 24/7 when necessary.
Troubleshoot critical power systems to identify root causes and carry out repairs efficiently to minimize downtime.
Adhere to job requirements and strive for accuracy in all tasks.
Focus on preventative maintenance as a Critical Power Professional™.
Aim to achieve Zero Defects (ZD) and eliminate costly errors.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and education on equipment operation.
Maintain and secure company tools and equipment.
Keep personal vehicle in safe condition and maintain current insurance and licenses.
Support sales opportunities by recommending critical power equipment and related products.
Submit all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members.
Attend product-specific training sessions and assist with equipment commissioning.
Handle battery installation, removal, and disposal procedures.
