Why this job is exciting

This Project Coordinator role offers the exciting opportunity to be at the center of cross-functional collaboration, working directly with engineers, clients, and teams to drive projects from planning through successful delivery. You'll have meaningful ownership over project outcomes—setting deadlines, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring goals are met on time while building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. It's a dynamic position where your organizational skills and strategic thinking directly impact business success and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide project support including interaction with project engineers, clients, and employees.

  • Prioritize work with an appreciation and understanding of organizational drivers and critical objectives.

  • Maintaina customer focus including effective relationships with internal and external customers.

Who you are

You're a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and advanced Microsoft Office skills, adept at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. You excel in communication and collaboration across all organizational levels, using your interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.

You know how to: 

  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office 
  • Project Management Professional,a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability todemonstrateprofessional written and verbal skills. 
  • Ability to self-direct, self-pace, multi-task, and function well under pressure of deadlines and conflicting priorities.  
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Mustpossessa relevant combination of education, experience, and training thatdemonstratesthe knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions.

Pay and Benefits:   

This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely. 

 

Estimated Starting Salary/Wage Range: $25 - $27 hourly, less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis (The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure [for existing employees] skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.  Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of this scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.)
