Role Summary:
The Office Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring
the day-to-day operations of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This
position is focused on coordination, follow-through, and administrative
execution, providing seamless support to leadership and the broader team. This
role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and confident
working independently. The successful candidate has strong interpersonal
skills, takes initiative, and can anticipate what needs to be done without requiring
direction. They are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in owning tasks
from start to finish, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

In this role, you
will be responsible for:
Office Administration
- Maintain
an organized and functional office environment
- Ensure
office snacks and beverages are consistently stocked, including managing
inventory and coordinating purchasing through vendors and online platforms.
- Manage
office supplies, deliveries, and general logistics
- Liaise
with building management, cleaning services, and vendors
- Provide
administrative support to the Owner, including calendar coordination and
scheduling
- Track
action items and support meeting logistics and follow‑ups
- Manage
vendor accounts, including service plans, and issue resolution with
providers
- Coordinate
shipping and receiving processes, including managing incoming deliveries,
preparing outgoing shipments, tracking packages, and maintaining accurate records
Event Coordination
- Serve as an active member of the SIMNET Social
Committee, owning the planning and execution logistics of employee social
events throughout the year.
- Plan and oversee company-wide lunch initiatives,
managing ordering, employee communications, and end-to-end execution.
- Provide support for additional internal and
external events (working cross-functionally with other teams if necessary).
Travel Coordination
- Own end-to-end travel coordination for
leadership events, including booking flights and hotels, organizing
itineraries, and coordinating agendas and meals.
Health & Safety Support
- Maintain
Health & Safety documentation and logs
- Track
required training, certifications, and refreshers
- Coordinate
inspections, drills, and follow‑up actions
- Support
Health & Safety execution in partnership with HR
Onboarding & Off‑boarding Support
- Coordinate
workstation setup and asset tracking with IT
- Support
onboarding and off‑boarding logistics as directed
Other duties and tasks as required
