Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of digital marketing/media buying experience with emphasis on Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads
  • Proven track record in driving revenue, qualified leads, and booked appointments
  • Experience integrating backend data with Go High Level CRM and setting up Meta Pixel and Conversions API
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and reporting skills to support sales, ops, creative, and development teams

Requirements:

  • Own and optimize paid acquisition across Meta (primary) and Google (secondary) to drive revenue, qualified leads, and booked appointments
  • Build and manage campaigns while aligning with backend data integration into Go High Level CRM and tracking metrics such as CAC, CPA, revenue per lead, and LTV by source
  • Set up and maintain Meta Pixel and Conversions API to ensure accurate tracking and attribution across the funnel
  • Analyze full funnel performance from click to close to retention; provide feedback on testing frameworks for creative angles, offers, landing pages, and audiences; collaborate with creative, developers, and sales teams to scale profitably and build clear paid ads reporting

Job description

 Own and optimize paid acquisition across Meta (primary) and Google (secondary)
 Build and manage campaigns that optimize for revenue, qualified leads, and booked appointments.
 Integrate backend data with Go High Level CRM.
 Work closely with sales and ops to track:
  - Cost per qualified lead
  - Cost per acquisition
  - Revenue per lead
  - LTV by source
 Understand how to set up meta and Google pixel plus conversion API.
 Analyze full funnel performance from click to close to retention
• Give feedback on testing frameworks across:
  - Creative angles
  - Offers
  - Landing pages
  - Audiences
Collaborate with:
  - Creative team for high-performing ad assets
  - Developers for tracking and attribution improvements
  - Sales team for feedback loops on lead quality
 Scale campaigns profitably while maintaining efficiency targets
 Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and propose solutions beyond ads
 Build reporting that clearly reflects the paid ads data.
